Crisp Apple Floor Cleaner

Our commercial-grade floor cleaner is designed to tackle even the toughest dirt. It leaves a long-lasting fresh apple fragrance, ensuring your floors are not only spotless but also smell delightful. This economical formula is perfect for hospitality and high-traffic areas, providing a deep clean you can rely on. This product reduces need for aggressive wiping, saving you time and effort.

Suitable for Use On: Tiled flooring, vinyl, ceramic, quarry & slate, wooden floorboards and other types of hard washable flooring.

Ultra Concentrate: 20L makes up to 4000 Litres / 5L makes up to 1000 Litres

Dilution ratio for general mopping: 1:200
Dilution ratio for heavily soiled floors: 1:100

Directions: For best results, dilute 50mL of Sun Cleaning Corp’s Crisp Apple Floor Cleaner to 10L of hot water into your desired container. Mop bucket recommended, before diluting, make sure water is present first as this is a very concentrated product.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Free pick-up for any order value from our Sydney Head Office.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within Sydney Metro areas only. For other parts of Australia, please request a shipping quote. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.

International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time.

Change of Mind Returns:

• You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at sales@suncleaning.com.au with photos of the damage or fault.

• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Exchanges:

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

• Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

How to Return Items:

1. Contact our customer service team at sales@suncleaning.com.au to request a return authorisation.

2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

3. Include your proof of purchase and return authorisation number.

4. Ship the item to the provided return address.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
